Minor adjustments to proposed tax rates:
BYD: 17.0%;
Geely: 19.3%;
SAIC Group: 36.3%;
Other cooperative companies: 21.3%;
All other non cooperative companies: 36.3%; We have decided to implement a separate tariff rate for Tesla as a Chinese exporter, currently set at 9%.
The China Chamber of Commerce for Machinery and Electronics recently stated that Chinese electric vehicle companies are closely monitoring the progress and results of the EU's anti subsidy investigation, and will evaluate the investment risks in Europe based on this and make investment decisions.
